In this 6-week Journey, we explore tools to cultivate your expertise and resilience. You will be empowered to approach challenges from new perspectives and accomplish your goals, while honoring your growth.
In these sessions, we will cultivate strengths, shift mindset, see challenges as opportunities, establish and set SMART goals, normalize setbacks, develop recovery strategies, strengthen motivation, and reflect on progress.

This program is designed for individuals ready to strengthen their resilience and create meaningful change. Transformation happens when a genuine desire to grow is paired with consistent, daily practice.
You’ll receive journal prompts each week, plus carefully selected articles and activities from trusted sources to enrich your journey. Please come to each session prepared to engage—coaching will be gentle and supportive, yet you’ll be encouraged to dig deep, explore honestly, and commit to the work that fosters lasting growth.
One session at a time may better suit your needs versus a coaching package. So, I’m happy to offer individual sessions for you.
Each 45-minute coaching session is focused on your unique wellness goals. We gently balance health history, lifestyle, dreams, and obstacles. Through personalized guidance and support, we work together to cultivate your resilience and develop effective strategies to enhance your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. In each session, we will track progress, celebrate achievements, identify improvements, and adjust strategies to meet your evolving needs and growth.

Important Information When Booking Your Sessions
Email Confirmation: Upon booking, you will receive an email with more information on scheduling your Discovery Call. Please check your junk mail and contact me if you do not receive a confirmation email.
Session Frequency: It is advisable to schedule sessions weekly for the initial four weeks. Following this period, according to your schedule, we can proceed with either weekly or bi-weekly sessions.
Discovery Call
This complimentary 20-minute meeting will allow us to discuss the coaching process, assess your specific coaching needs, evaluate whether I am an fit for you as your coach, and review the coaching agreement before our first coaching session.
Homework and Self-Study
Each session will include activities to enhance your progress, such as journaling, mindful practices, or behavioral change exercises to cultivate resilience and autonomy.
Engaging in independent practice and completing assigned homework will strengthen your self-efficacy and deepen the benefits of our work together.
Individual Sessions vs. Coaching Packages
Based on your needs, you may choose to purchase sessions individually or as part of coaching packages. Coaching Packages are recommended due to the commitment they encourage and are offered at a discounted rate.
Payment
Initial Consultations are complimentary to see if Health Coaching is right for you.
Payment will be collected before the coaching sessions begin.
Packages must be purchased in full to receive the discounted session rate.
